UnityHubRise services are available to individuals who can enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Enrollment in certain programs may have additional eligibility criteria communicated at registration. By enrolling you confirm that you meet all specific requirements for the chosen program.

Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in UnityHubRise programs. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You agree to use UnityHubRise services for lawful, ethical and professional purposes only. Activities that harm others, infringe rights, promote illegal behavior or attempt to exploit the platform for malpractice are prohibited.

Access to certain programs may be limited by local regulation or export controls. UnityHubRise reserves the right to restrict access where required by law or policy in specific jurisdictions.

Creating an account with UnityHubRise allows you to enroll in courses, access materials and receive program communications. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring credentials are kept secure.

You must provide truthful, current and complete information when creating and updating your account. Misrepresentation may result in removal from programs and termination of access.

Protect your account credentials. Notify UnityHubRise immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement industry-standard protections but cannot accept liability for losses resulting from compromised credentials due to user negligence.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by UnityHubRise. Sharing credentials with third parties is discouraged and may result in account suspension.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at +66954203811 and via the contact form on UnityHubRise.pro so we can take corrective action and secure your account.

UnityHubRise may suspend or limit access to accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or engage in fraudulent activity. Notice will typically be provided, except where urgent action is required to protect users or services.

UnityHubRise delivers educational content, workshops, coaching and curated resources that integrate spiritual principles with entrepreneurial practice. Services are offered in digital formats, live sessions and blended delivery depending on the program. Descriptions and outlines provided at enrollment define the scope of each service.

Program content, schedules and instructors may change due to operational needs. UnityHubRise will notify participants of substantive changes as early as practicable. Adjustments that affect fundamental aspects of a paid program will be handled with clear communication about available options.

We strive for reliable service delivery but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Occasional maintenance, updates or unforeseen disruptions may occur; UnityHubRise will take reasonable steps to minimize impact and restore services promptly.

To maintain a professional, safe and respectful environment, participants must adhere to the following community rules while engaging with UnityHubRise programs and forums.

• Act with professional integrity and respect for all participants regardless of background or belief.
• Do not share confidential or proprietary information without proper authorization.
• Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct in any communication channels.
• Contribute constructively; avoid disruptive behavior that undermines learning outcomes.
• Respect intellectual property rights of UnityHubRise and third parties; attribute sources where required.
• Follow program-specific guidelines provided by instructors and facilitators.
• Report breaches of rules or security concerns to UnityHubRise support for timely resolution.

Participants may submit reflections, assignments and other content as part of program activities. Such submissions are considered user content and are subject to the following terms.

You retain ownership of original materials you create and submit, subject to any specific agreements enacted at enrollment. UnityHubRise does not claim ownership of your personal expressions provided during program participation.

By submitting user content you grant UnityHubRise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display and adapt that content for program delivery, quality assurance, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate rights of third parties, contain defamatory or illegal material, or disclose sensitive personal data of others without consent.

UnityHubRise may remove or disable access to user content that violates these terms or poses legal risk. We will notify the contributor when feasible and provide an opportunity to address issues where appropriate.

All training materials, curricula, activity and proprietary methodologies published by UnityHubRise are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

• Do not copy or republish UnityHubRise course materials without permission.
• Licensed use of materials is limited to the enrolled individual or organization unless sublicensing is expressly granted.
• Respect activity and branding; do not imply endorsement by UnityHubRise without authorization.

UnityHubRise offers paid courses, coaching packages and subscription services. Paid offerings are described with clear scopes, durations and pricing at the point of purchase.

Prices for paid services are listed in the program pages and enrollment materials. UnityHubRise reserves the right to adjust pricing for future offerings; pricing for already-enrolled programs remains as agreed at purchase.

Payment methods accepted will be specified during enrollment. Payment must be completed to access paid content. Receipts and invoices are issued for business records and tax purposes.

Subscriptions automatically renew where indicated. You may cancel renewal through your account settings or by contacting support according to the cancellation terms stated at purchase.

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific program’s refund policy provided at enrollment. Refunds are processed according to the stated terms and applicable consumer protection rules.

You may cancel enrollment or subscription per the conditions described during purchase. UnityHubRise may also cancel or reschedule programs; when this occurs participants will be offered alternative dates, credits or refunds as stated in the specific program policy.

Prices may exclude applicable taxes. Participants are responsible for any taxes required by local law. UnityHubRise will issue documentation reflecting taxes where required for compliance.

UnityHubRise may change prices for future offerings. Price changes do not affect services already purchased, except where specifically described and agreed at the time of sale.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access. UnityHubRise may pursue collection measures consistent with applicable law for outstanding balances.

UnityHubRise provides educational resources and coaching intended to support personal and professional development. Content is for informational purposes and not a substitute for professional legal, medical or business advice. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances and engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnityHubRise is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by the participant for the relevant program during the prior 12 months.

Third-party tools, platforms and content may be used in conjunction with UnityHubRise services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. UnityHubRise does not control those services and is not responsible for their practices.

UnityHubRise may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, security concerns or legal obligations. Participants may also terminate their participation following the procedures set out at enrollment.

Upon termination, access to program materials and community features may be revoked. Fees paid may be subject to refund policies applicable at the time; outstanding obligations remain enforceable.

UnityHubRise handles personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our services you consent to the collection and processing described in that policy and acknowledge the rights and remedies available to you.

UnityHubRise will communicate with participants by email, platform messaging and telephone where necessary. Important program updates and operational notices may be sent; participants should ensure contact details are up to date.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in operations, law or services. Significant changes will be communicated to active participants. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Thailand where UnityHubRise maintains operations. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the competent courts of Thailand unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, parties agree to engage in good-faith discussions to resolve disagreements. If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be managed through the procedures described in this section, consistent with applicable law.
